The extra bonus was an installation/service team such as Mark and Tom which was priceless.  From the start, they were flexible, knowledgeable, and accessible and they continue to support us as if we were their only site.  Please extend my gratitude.  We were also impressed with the outstanding training from Hologic corporately. Closing an entire film/screen facility and going digital, trying to troubleshoot daily issues, and hospital computer interface sequencing was all understood by Betsy as she met our training needs.  I never heard the word “no”.   Now that we are eight months on the other side of crazy, I would do it all over again because I would enter the project with the peace of mind that all will be fine when the dust clears because of Grand X-ray and Hologic.  On behalf of all of our staff, thank you.
